Before 1990, English Medium schools were limited in Vijayawada’s old town. To meet the growing aspiration of children for quality English education, the century-old service-oriented society Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Vissam Setty Venkata Ratnam Hindu High Schools’ Committee established this school in 1991.
Philanthropist Maddi Subba Rao contributed significantly to the infrastructure. From a humble beginning of 105 students and 3 teachers under the first Headmistress Smt. G. Lakshmi, the school has grown into one of the best institutions in Vijayawada.
Today, under the able leadership of Principal Smt. P. Padmaja (M.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. Psychology, M.Ed.), we continue our mission of excellence.
