Before 1990 in our old town or one town a less English Medium Schools were in vogue. They were not fulfilling the thrust of young children who want to develop their carrier through English Medium. At that A century old Educational Service Oriented society by name “SRI KANYAKA PARAMESWARI VISSAM SETTY VENKATA RATNAM HINDU HIGH SCHOOLS’ COMMITTEE Established an English Medium High School in 1991. A good Philanthropist of the business community of this part of the town by name MADDI SUBBA RAO contributed amount for the infrastructure facilities under the umbrella of SKPVV HINDU HIGH SCHOOLS COMMITTEE
The school had a humble beginning with 105 students and 3 teachers. The first Headmistress of new born English Medium High School was smt G. Lakshmi, a fully qualified person.
The School had taken huge strides in its growth and became one of the best institutions in Vijayawada one town, sparing no efforts for the last 30 years in fulfilling its vision and mission. At Present the School is flourishing under the able leadership of Smt P.Syamala, M.A.,(Eng) B.Ed., with more than 1100 Students and more than 80 teaching and non teaching staff.
